- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They take MULTIPLE applications on the same house. Keep in mind it’s $30 dollars per application. On top of that they make it near impossible to rent from them. Claiming it’s 48 hours to process. We have been waiting almost 2 weeks and despite leaving voicemails.. they have yet to contact us at all. Total scammers.
